Booking Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are subject to the terms outlined during the booking process.

Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout.

Guest Conduct

Guests must conduct themselves appropriately and follow all farm policies. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. Damage to property may result in additional charges.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued according to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Please review these terms carefully before confirming your reservation. For specific inquiries, contact our support team.

Legal

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calaia Farm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to:
